We hope that every customer to enjoy a pleasant shopping experience with us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer reasonable return and exchange services under the following conditions:
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
● Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product (based on the delivery date).
● Items must be in brand new condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging.
● Only regular price items are eligible for return or exchange. The following items are
NOT eligible:
○ Pre-order items, discounted/sale items, promotional items and free gift
○ Intimate wear (e.g. leggings, innerwear), accessories and white-color items
○ Personal reasons such as dislike, color discrepancy, wrong size etc.
● Returns are accepted only if the item has one of the following issues:
○ Incorrect item received
○ Hole larger than 1.5cm
○ Size deviation exceeds 3cm (or 1 inch)
○ Noticeable discoloration
● Items that do not meet the return criteria may be subject to additional handling fees.
● If the product is damaged or incorrect, please provide unboxing photos or videos within 3 days and late submissions will not be accepted.
2. How to Return
● Contact our customer service via email or social media (FB/IG) within 3 days and
provide:
○ Order number
○ Reason for return
○ Item(s) to be returned
○ Photos or videos showing the issue
● Once your return request is approved, ship the item back to the provided address and share the tracking number and a photo of the parcel with us.
● If the issue is due to a fault on our part (wrong/damaged/defective item):
○ We will bear all shipping costs and send a replacement or issue store credit.
● For returns due to personal reasons:
○ Shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
○ Exchange is possible for the same item in different size or color (depend on stock availability)
● Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will proceed with:
○ Exchange: for different size/color of the same product (depend on stock availability)
○ Store Credit: equivalent value will be issued as store credit (valid for 3 months)
3. Important Notes
● We only provide exchanges (size/color) or store credit refunds. Cash refunds are not available.
● If the returned item does not meet our conditions, the return will be rejected and sent back to the customer (Shipping fees will be borne by the customer.).
● Please use a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost returns during transit.
● Each order is eligible for only one return/exchange request, so we recommend submitting a consolidated request if needed.
